I ordered a teapot as a sentimental birthday present and was hoping to gift it when I visited the week after. Seeing that they are hand painted I hadn't appreciated the delivery times and I was worried it would not arrive in time for my departure so I reached out to Ravi via email to explain my situation and if anything could be done, ideally I was hoping for the tea pot to arrive in the next few days but thought that may not even be possible and I would be offered a voucher. However I was contacted through Whatsapp fairly quickly and was told I could choose the designs they currently have on site and they could post it out the very next day. They sent me many different alternatives and size's which were on site, the communication was clear and they certainly delivered on a fantastic customer shopping experience. Not only that when the parcel arrived the quality and detail was outstanding even more beautiful in person. I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending to everyone. This was my second Wooden Spice Box from MadeWithLoveInIndia in 2 years. They were both purchased as Gifts. The first time I ordered they had issues getting stock in. Ravi rang me and explained due to COVID there was a delay and it was well worth the wait. This time it arrived well packaged and on time. Again I wasn't disappointed. I definitely recommend and give this company 5 stars. The Wooden Spice Box receives 5 stars too. The quality is second to none. The recipients of these gifts were amazed at the quality too.

I love my beautifully painted lunchbox. Arrived really quickly and was packed very well.
Pleased with the tulsi pot, it has given my kitchen an Indian touch to it. I'd expected it to be smaller but it was a decent size. All in all, very pleased with the Tulsi pot. The delivery and packaging were done very well, I would highly recommend it.
I purchased 2 chai kettles from here. Both were wonderfully crafted and painted. Definitely would recommend these if you wanted to bring a little bit on India to your homes!
